Brother & Bones are five men that write songs with the artistry of folk troubadours, the energy of punks and the self-belief of stadium headliners.
Hailing from Cornwall, their acoustic-led, alternative rock sound tips its hat to the likes of Pearl Jam and John Martyn. Not only have the band strode across UK and Europe on their own headline tours, they have also opened tours for BRIT Award winners Ben Howard and Bastille, as well as having had The Temperance Movement and The Boxer Rebellion headline tours for them.
The autumn season looks set to be big for the powerhouse rock band with an exciting schedule of live dates confirmed and release of their debut album on 28th August.
Recorded at the prestigious East West Studios in Los Angeles, California, the debut album is an eclectic sound clash of tribal drumming and crushing guitars, which comes highly anticipated by their multitude of loyal fans.

“Started out being forced to sing in a school show featuring songs from Joseph at the age of 11, enjoying it so carried on. Started singing lesson at 12 and playing the ukulele at 14, and developed from there with other instruments and songwriting. I have a passion from music!!!
I have been asked to support some incredible artists which include Ryan Keen, Lewis Mokler and Keston Cobblers’ Club. Mainly rooted in indie folk, I just write music I would want to hear. 🙂
Inspired to start gigging by listening to many amazing contemporary artists. The likes of Ben Howard, To Kill A King and Dry The River. Realised there was loads out there in my local scene and discovered many amazing local artists like Marc Reeves, Georgie Rose, Frankie Rudolf, Leah Sinead, Kane Ashmore and so many more!!”
