GALLERY 47
Gallery 47 is the pseudonym of English songwriter, Jack Peachey. In 2010, his tracks started to appear on BBC Introducing’s ‘The Beat’ radio show, which quickly began to turn heads. Blending electronic elements with the abstract lyrical verses of a beat-poet, you could say he is reminiscent of Nick Drake, Bert Jansch or his biggest influence, Bob Dylan. Tom Robinson certainly thought so, as soon enough Gallery 47’s songs appeared on BBC 6music. His debut album ‘Fate Is The Law LP’ was recorded independently and mastered at Abbey Road. As well as T in the Park, there is Splendour Festival, Strawberry Fields Festival, Summer Sundae Weekender on his summer schedule, so catch him here while you can! • BBC Introducing Stage @ T in the Park 2011
‘It was amazing to watch, at a festival with that many people on you know, and one guy to be on his own to get up there and sing this really intimate, lovely acoustic music, and the crowds just swarmed to him!’ • Ally McCrae, BBC Radio 1

LOUIS SCOTT
NUSIC • “An all-time fave at Nusic [Louis] will warm us all up on a cold autumn night. His voice is undeniably hypnotic, he’s just so charismatic.”
I’M NOT FROM LONDON • “The soulful sound of Louis Scott and his guitar, a spellbinding songwriter in the vein of Joni Mitchell and John Martyn but clearly a real talent in his own right, one to watch and most certainly one to listen to.”
ACOUSTICKLE • “He is unprecedented as an artist with deeply moving performances that defy the reality he is essentially just one man and a guitar.”
