Disability Access Information

Standing and Queueing
The nature of the venue means that standing is very common - seating is provided but good lines of sight to the stage cannot be guaranteed.

Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair Access is available to our downstairs bar and garden via the entrance on Pelham Street. We do not have disabled toilet facilities, the only toilets we have are up one flight of stairs for ladies and two for men’s. For shows, wheelchair users can be given early access and a seat on a slightly raised area at the back of the room (up another 3 steps).
Please note that we are unable to assist in carrying individuals or wheelchairs to these areas. If you wish to access these areas, please bring an Essential Companion (see below) who can assist you.

Short distance
There is accessible on street parking and drop off points just around the corner on Thurland Street. The live acts area of the Bodega is upstairs and lift access is not possible. Access can only be gained by a number of flight of stairs.

Access To Toilets
Customers requiring urgent access to toilets can show stewards their Access Card with the WC symbol and every effort will be made to enable urgent toilet access

Assistance Dogs
Given the nature of the venue we would discourage customers from bringing assistance dogs with them during shows and busy periods. We do however offer an essential companion concession in these instances
