Signed to Mogwai's Rock Action label, Glasgow indie electronic quartet Errors are Greg Paterson (guitar, synthesizer), James Hamilton (drums, synth), Simon Ward (programming, synth), and Stephen Livingstone (synth, bass, guitar).
Formed in 2004, they played their first gig at Glasgow's School of Art. Rock Action released How Clean Is Your Acid House? in 2006, plus two 7"s.
Three full-lengths followed: 2008’s It's Not Something, But It Is Like Whatever, 2010’s Celebrity Come Down with Me, and 2011’s Come Down with Me.
The group kept up their prolific output with 2012's album, Have Some Faith In Magic. This record strayed some from their left-field instrumental heavy beginnings with the inclusion of more heavily processed vocals.
In addition to opening for Mogwai, Errors have played with notable acts Explosions in the Sky and Death from Above 1979. • • • allmusic.com

Dam Mantle is the moniker of Tom Marshallsay; the reflective, Glasgow-incumbent artist and electronic producer whose debut album ‘Brothers Fowl' is the culmination of a long and varied musical path.
Releases have ranged from the other-worldly chamber orchestration found in his ‘Grey EP’ the menacing, electronic-infused hip hop of the ‘Purple Arrow EP’, or the joyfully eclectic bedlam of his ‘We EP’ release. ‘Brothers Fowl’ sees Mantle turning another corner, building the record with a similar palette of sounds and rhythms but bringing a noir-ish ambience to proceedings.
It’s his most fully-realised statement and a fine culmination of the last three years of activity.
